IN-STORE RETURN POLICY:
Frances Jaye will refund non-sale items within 14 days of original purchase date. All goods must be unworn, with tags attached and accompanied by the original receipt. Exchanges of non-sale merchandise may be made within 30 days of original purchase.
ONLINE RETURN POLICY:
Frances Jaye will refund non-sale items within 14 days of original purchase date. To begin an online return, please contact us at info@michelandbottone.com with your order number and reason for return. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to michelandbottone through your preferred carrier. Please ship your package to:

michelandbottone is not responsible for items lost or damaged while in transit. Once we receive your return, a member from our sales team will review your order. Upon approval, your refund will be issued in the form of the original method of payment minus shipping costs.
